Across the region, the employer must ensure "adequate and appropriate" first-aid provision — maintained first-aid boxes and trained first-aiders in a number proportionate to workforce and risk; several statutes carry the UK threshold of a trained person in charge above 150 workers, with Barbados setting an explicit 25-person trigger.

No regional OSH Act prescribes a delivery mode; workplace first-aid training combining online theory with a practical skills assessment is accepted.
